Samsung phones are some of the most traded used phones in India. Here is the resale value of the most valuable Samsung Galaxy models SellEazy buys, taken from our live price list in October 2026.

How to read the table. "Best price" is what SellEazy pays for the top storage variant in excellent condition: no scratches, battery health above 80%, still under warranty, with the box, charger and bill. "Cracked screen" is the lowest storage variant with cracked front glass but everything else working. Most phones land somewhere between the two.

Which Samsung phones hold their value best

Galaxy S Ultra. The S Ultra is the safest Samsung to buy for resale. A two-generation-old Galaxy S24 Ultra is still worth up to ₹64,500, and even the S23 Ultra fetches up to ₹42,000.

Galaxy Z Fold. Folds start expensive and stay valuable when the inner screen and hinge are in good shape. The hinge and inner display are checked carefully at pickup, because repairs to them are costly.

Galaxy Z Flip. Flips lose value faster than Folds. A cracked or creased inner screen has a large effect on the price, so describe it accurately in the quote.

A, M and F series. These are worth less in absolute terms, and a cracked screen takes a bigger share of the value. A working, uncracked mid-range Samsung is still worth selling rather than leaving in a drawer.

What affects your Samsung's price

  • Screen condition. Cracked glass, dead pixels, lines or burn-in on the AMOLED display lower the price the most.
  • Body condition. Major scratches or dents on the frame and back.
  • Battery. Phones that drain quickly or swell are priced lower.
  • Warranty and accessories. A phone under warranty, with box, charger and bill, gets the best price.
  • Storage. Higher storage variants are worth more.

Before you sell your Samsung

  1. Back up photos and chats to Google or Samsung Cloud.
  2. Remove your Samsung account and Google account from Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts.
  3. Factory reset from Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset.
  4. Remove your SIM and memory card.

Frequently asked questions

Which Samsung phone has the best resale value?

The Galaxy Z Fold and S Ultra series hold the most value. At SellEazy the Galaxy Z Fold7 is worth up to ₹99,000 and the Galaxy S26 Ultra up to ₹87,000 in excellent condition.

How much is a used Samsung S24 Ultra worth?

SellEazy pays up to ₹64,500 for a Galaxy S24 Ultra in excellent condition in its top storage variant, and about ₹44,000 for the base variant with a cracked screen.

Why do Samsung A and M series phones have lower resale value?

Budget and mid-range phones start at a lower price and lose value faster as newer models launch. Screen repairs on these models also cost a larger share of the phone's value, so a cracked screen lowers the offer more sharply than on a flagship.

Do I need to remove my Samsung account before selling?

Yes. Remove your Samsung account and Google account from Settings > Accounts and backup > Manage accounts, then factory reset the phone. A phone still linked to an account cannot be reset and used by the next owner.
