Selling, pickup and receipt FAQs

Practical answers before you start and before your phone leaves your hands.

Which exact models can I sell?

The current catalogue contains 492 models across 16 brands. Use the model finder to check your exact device.

How do I get an estimate for my phone?

Find your exact model and answer the condition questions. The online amount is an estimate; review the inspected offer with the team before agreeing to the sale.

How do I arrange a pickup?

Complete the selling flow with your contact and pickup details. Confirm coverage for your location and a suitable handover time with the team.

When and how will I be paid?

Confirm the agreed amount, payment method and timing with the team before handing over your phone. Keep the payment confirmation and your transaction receipt.

Can I sell a scratched or damaged phone?

Describe the damage accurately in the condition questions. The available offer depends on the model and inspection. Contact the team if the catalogue does not cover your device or condition.

How should I protect my personal data?

Back up your photos and chats, sign out of Apple ID or Google, turn off device-finding locks and remove your SIM or eSIM. Ask the team about the correct reset steps before handover.

Can I cancel a confirmed pickup?

Contact the team before completion if your plans change. Staff can cancel a confirmed order with a recorded reason. Completed sales and orders with receipt delivery already attempted need a separate review.

How do I receive my receipt?

Provide a valid email address. Staff generate and review the PDF receipt before completing the order, then send it to that email. Ask the team to add your email if it is missing.

Which phone brands are supported?

Use the model finder for Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Google and other catalogue brands. Check the exact model rather than assuming every device is supported.
